Specializing in rich, creamy tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen, TETSUGAMA serves bowls inspired by the original iron-pot cooking method that gave this Kyushu-born style its deep flavor. Chicken-based ramen is also available, along with gyoza and rice dishes for a satisfying meal.
