Ramen TETSUGAMA is a ramen restaurant specializing in tonkotsu (pork bone) broth, located on the 8th floor of Yokosuka More’s City, directly connected to the west exit of Keikyu Yokosuka-chuo Station. It is an easy place to stop by while shopping or sightseeing, and its direct station access makes it convenient to visit in any weather.

Tonkotsu ramen originated in Kurume, Kyushu. According to its history, a street food vendor once accidentally overcooked the soup in an iron pot—tetsugama—resulting in a rich, cloudy broth with deep flavor. At Ramen TETSUGAMA, you can enjoy a bowl of ramen inspired by these roots of tonkotsu ramen.

For guests who do not eat pork, chicken-based ramen is also available. The menu includes side dishes such as gyoza and rice bowls, making the restaurant a convenient choice for both lunch and dinner.

• Chicken Soup Ramen
  

  Made with chicken-based broth, this ramen is a great option for guests who do not eat pork.
  Two varieties are available: Soy Sauce Ramen and Special Soy Sauce Ramen.
  For both options, you can choose between salt-based or soy sauce–based soup.
  The Special Soy Sauce Ramen is topped with roast pork, but it can be served without pork upon request.
