Chef, after working at restaurants for 25 years, opened his own restaurant in his hometown, Yokosuka, to bring back the bustling atmosphere just like the old days.
Every detail — from the space to the menu and service — is produced by the chef, offering guests a truly consistent and indulgent experience.

The real gist of this place is the joy of pairing food and beverages. The meal is provided in Japanese “Sosaku (creative cuisine),” which often refers to a type of meal in Japanese taste which are cooked in an intercultural style. The chef knows how to bring out the best in each other. If you don’t have any particular preference, just ask the chef and he’ll tell you what matches best.

Each dish is prepared with heart and soul, in most cases, all by a single chef, so you may have to wait a little while, but it is well worth the wait.
