YAAM offers 100% vegan menu that rejoices both your body and soul. The original falafel are made with spices and fresh vegetables from Okayama Prefecture, the owner's hometown, as well as ingredients produced in Kanagawa Prefecture.

Falafel is a traditional Middle Eastern dish consisting mainly of chickpeas and beans mixed with herbs and spices.

The owner of YAAM was born unable to eat meat. His food choices were limited from an early age.
However, during a working holiday in Berlin, he encountered falafel and was impressed by its deep flavor.
After returning to Japan, he studied how to make falafel and created an original recipe.

Although it is near a station, the surroundings are quiet, and the space is sophisticated and comfortable. It is so cozy that you might stay longer than expected.

The sauces for falafel, the pita bread, and other side dishes are all homemade.
