  All the seafood Donburi (rice bowl) comes with seafood broth (dashi). You can enjoy it twice.
  1. Mix wasabi with soy sauce (if you do not like wasabi, just use soy sauce). Pour into a Don and enjoy it as a seafood Donburi.
  2. Put the dashi broth and enjoy it as seafood broth "ochazuke" (a Japanese dish which is rice with tea poured on it).
