The Original Yokosuka Oxtail Ramen
Established in Yasuura, Yokosuka in 2015; relocated to Kinugasa in 2018. We are a specialty noodle shop pairing custom-made noodles with a soup crafted from domestic oxtail and Hayama beef marrow bones.

We are perpetual challengers. We refuse to pander to trends, focusing instead on the singular pursuit of a truly delicious bowl of ramen.

We use carefully selected domestic oxtail and rare Hayama beef marrow bones, simmering them for eight hours to draw out the maximum flavor. We avoid unwanted harsh notes, achieving a deep richness—infused with the very essence of the bone marrow—balanced by a clean, crisp finish. We make no compromises in a single drop of our broth.

  This is our top recommendation—rich, slow-simmered oxtail broth blended with a flavorful soy sauce base and finished with aromatic beef oil. The result is a deep, savory soup with a surprisingly clean finish.
