SMaSH stands for single malt, single hop.

“BLUE SMaSH” is made from one single hop, called Idaho 7, which is known for its fruit-like, juicy flavor.

By using only one type of ingredient, you can directly feel the characteristics of that ingredient.
Since color was the main focus, we used only one type of light-colored malt.
Calm, balanced taste makes it a refreshing beer to enjoy on a hot summer day.
